Here at Siefa Accounting and Business Services, we provide business owners with a profit and loss statement which informs them about what customers, products, or projects are the most profitable and what is causing the business to lose money. You will be able to use a profit and loss statement and other financial reports to make sound business decisions, rather than making decisions based on the cash balance you have in your business account.

  • Will I lose control if the books are done by an outside service?

    No. You actually have more control since you will have accurate, up-to-date financial statements at your fingertips. You will have more time and money to plan instead of simply reacting to business events.

  • I like having an extra employee around. Why should I use a virtual accounting service?

    How easy is it to find a good bookkeeper that knows QuickBooks inside and out? Aren't you tired of the never-ending cycle of problems caused by the entire process of finding, hiring, and training employees who claim to have bookkeeping knowledge but always fall short of providing the full accounting services your growing business needs? With an accountant or bookkeeper from Siefa Accounting and Business Services, you are able to skip the finding, hiring, and training process of an employee. You will have access to your designated accountant & bookkeeper from 9am to 5pm, Monday to Friday via email, phone call, or text messages. 

  • Who controls the money and makes the decisions?

    You have 100% control of all money and how it is spent or invested. You decide what individuals and which vendors get paid. We provide the data, but you approve all invoices for payment and sign all checks.

  • Will other people have access to my data?

    No one can have access to your data without your company’s permission. Our accountants take precautionary measures to keep your information safe and secure. The only people that will have access to any of your information is your designated accountant.

  • What about security?

    We use encrypted software to secure our clients files. We use QuickBooks, a software program with the same encryption technology as the world’s top banks, for all things accounting related. We also use ADP & Patriot software, both software programs with internal encryption security standards and well-defined management, for all things payroll related. We utilize Dropbox for file sharing and ask clients to not send us personal information & documents through email.

  • What software do you use?

    For all of our clients, we recommend using QuickBooks online for accounting and using ADP or Patriot software for payroll.
